Three days of field-drawing in the Scottish Borders let John Fanshawe, Kate Foster and myself develop a method of shared drawing that helped weave individual observations with each other’s expertise.

  1. Well, I can see three styles but none of them is a typical Jethro line. My guess would be the flight path animations but I am not sure. Did you feel at the time that the exercise changed your own drawing?
